  1. Always find, when i come back to fasting example, fast all weekend, i come back to work and my memory and cognitive thinking is very quick.
    I dont have brain fog. So good.

  2. People need to stop telling others they need to talk to they MD before doing something that is healthy and beneficial to you. MD’s know very little about how to become healthy. They are all about symptom and disease care. They will most likely tell you there are no benefits or medical research about it .

  3. The only way I succeeded in fasting was the following way. I ate something. Gave me diarrhea. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Didn’t ate anything until later that day. 😂
    Every morning I wake up and I begin thinking what am I going to eat. It’s embarrassing 🤦🏽‍♂️

  5. many people said that having 3 days no food just water is bad for my health. oh well lets observe after a decade what will happen to me. I have the discipline to do that not the discipline of eating nd eating after a minute

  6. All of these positive things but is it safe for skinny people to fast? Like if a skinny person wants to reap all of these benefits… can they do this without causing harm? Or is this only for overweight people?
