  1. Lost 50 pounds in 6 months on keto. Struggling to stay on it now but still better than all the garbage I was eating before. Now i just gotta get the wife and kids on board.

  2. I never use sugar in my daily life. I drink a cup of Turkish coffee without sugar and if I have a glass of tea, again I drink it without sugar and actually that's how they feel tasty to me. Once in a while I crave bitter chocolate, pudding, cake etc. and I consume them but since they are a not a part of my daily routine and since it makes me happy it is okay. I generally eat nuts and fruit to satisfy my hunger and craving. They are so healthy and tasty. Body knows what it wants and requires, trust your body. 😉

  3. I've noticed that sugar affects my cardiovascular system as well! After discovering that I'm pre-diabetic, I got more serious about cutting out added sugar. I noticed that my blood circulation has also improved!

  4. Great short specific video 👏
I have received alot of resistance.
I have shared this video with a dozen people to some I have received resistance from.
Alot of people are dumbed down, we have all been dumbed down.
Dr Berg in all gratitude and uplifting prayers sent your way brother, I heard what sounded like a leader of a nation "It's up to you" its up to us, I'm doing it 🚫sugar🛑

  5. I have been eating sugar like a mad man since I was a kid. But I work like a horse. I'm in excellent physical condition. At 58 I look way younger than everyone my age. I do more work in a day than most people do in a month. What say the Doctor??

  6. i didnt eat sugar for a whole year slept like a baby everyday. Started eating sugar agian their goes my sleep just like last night when i had waffle and syrup before bed lol

  7. I came across an account on Instagram where a woman is claiming that white sugar is healthy and she consumes a huge amount of sugar every day. In fruit juice, which is already sweet, she adds 4 tablespoons of sugar in the morning. Throughout the rest of the day, she consumes even more sugar! She claims she is healthy, has no diabetes, and posts her blood tests as evidence. She also claims that sugar is harmful only if consumed with fat

  8. My grandfather lived 110 years was very healty was walking alot and and he ate alotof sugar on every meal even on spagetti he put table sugar on it. He ate sugars between meals too. His tea was with sugar half of glass for breakfast. Sweets deserts after dinner. But after 5pm he never ate. I really dont think sugar is bad that much

  9. I stopped consuming sugar on July 10 2023 and I went on carnivore diet and I went from size 44 to 38.Haven’t looked back.Asthma gone sleep apnea much improved.

  10. Histamine
    (gpt)
+Sugar is often blamed for diseases like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and inflammation, but histamine might actually play a significant role in many of these conditions. While excess sugar can contribute to metabolic dysfunction, blaming it alone oversimplifies the issue. Here’s how histamine might be the real culprit in some diseases where sugar takes the blame:

    1. Inflammation and Cardiovascular Disease – Sugar is accused of causing chronic inflammation, but histamine is a key driver of inflammatory responses. Chronic histamine release from mast cell activation can contribute to blood vessel damage, oxidative stress, and increased heart disease risk—effects often attributed to sugar.

    2. Diabetes and Insulin Resistance – High histamine levels can interfere with insulin signaling, leading to poor glucose metabolism. Some studies suggest mast cell activation plays a role in obesity and insulin resistance, meaning histamine dysregulation might be a hidden factor in metabolic disorders. Sugar gets blamed, but histamine-related inflammation might be disrupting insulin function more than sugar itself.

    3. Obesity and Fat Storage – Sugar is blamed for weight gain, but histamine is involved in energy regulation and fat storage. Chronic histamine release can lead to increased cortisol, disrupting metabolism and promoting fat accumulation. Some histamine-related conditions, like mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), are linked to unexplained weight gain.

    4. Gut Disorders (IBS, Acid Reflux, and Leaky Gut) – Sugar is blamed for gut issues, but histamine intolerance can cause symptoms like bloating, acid reflux, and intestinal permeability (leaky gut). High-histamine foods or bacterial overgrowth can increase histamine levels, leading to gut inflammation. Instead of just blaming sugar, histamine-driven gut dysfunction might be the real cause.

    5. Mental Health Issues (Anxiety, Brain Fog, and Migraines) – Sugar is often blamed for causing mood swings, brain fog, and migraines, but histamine is a neurotransmitter that affects brain function. High histamine levels can overstimulate the nervous system, causing anxiety, restlessness, and cognitive issues. Sugar crashes might worsen symptoms, but histamine sensitivity could be the underlying issue.

    6. Skin Conditions (Acne, Eczema, and Hives) – Sugar is thought to worsen skin problems, but histamine plays a direct role in skin inflammation. Mast cell activation leads to itching, redness, and breakouts, which are often blamed on sugar. Reducing histamine exposure rather than just avoiding sugar might be more effective for skin health.

Sugar may contribute to some of these conditions by feeding histamine-producing gut bacteria or increasing metabolic stress, but histamine imbalance itself might be the real underlying factor. Many people blame sugar while continuing to consume high-histamine foods, disrupt their gut microbiome, or trigger mast cell activation, never realizing histamine could be driving their health issues.+

  11. I've always been skinny, and I've always had asthma. I had a machine in my house as a kid, and took two types of medication daily for 20 years. I did the Whole30 diet and cut out bread and cookies, and my asthma disappeared. I haven't taken medication for it in 6 years now.

  13. ive been addicted to nearly every hard drug there is from meth to heroin but the hardest drug ive ever tried to quit is sugar, im still addicted i know its bad.
what makes me really angry is how i only realised this when it was too late. the first day i tried to quit i couldn't understand why i kept going to the fridge. Thats where the sugar is. The way it covertly creeps into your life is wrong.
    way worse than cigs.

  14. I gave up completely of processed sugar going on 3 months , still eat fruits in moderation
No alcohol no smoking , just trying to live a healthy life. Good sleep and exercise .

  15. It took me endless attempts to stop consuming sweets. I would manage to get off for a week and then relapse. So many attempts, always failing after a week. Now I managed to completely stop consuming sweets. Tried to eat sweets again an then I felt like throwing up, its weird how my bodies Response to sugar changed

  16. I watched it like 10 times now but I’m still eating sugar 😅

I mostly eat 85% dark chocolate, because anything else is too sweet now, but when I’m stressed or agitated, I’ll binge on the „normal“ chocolates and sweets 😅

I don’t think it’s necessarily an addiction to sugar for me, but more of a bad coping mechanism which originated in my childhood. My mother used to send me to the store to get enormous amounts of chocolate and chips when she was feeling down and then she would eat them all at once. Sometimes she gained 20 pounds within 6 weeks or so from binge eating. (She was never obese though, just had some extra pounds and still looked amazing imo)

Through lots of negative comments on my weight and looks, she managed to give me an eating disorder by the time I was 15 and I’ve been struggling for 10 years now with my relationship to food.

The only thing that has worked for me so far is intermittent fasting. I’ll have a small/moderate breakfast at around 10-12 AM and another homecooked, heavier meal for dinner around 4-6 PM.

I try not to snack in between meals because I’ll feel too stuffed.

I try to reserve pizza, burgers or cake for special occasions, for example, when I meet a friend or go out with my boyfriend.

  17. In Canada 25g of sugar listed on a yogurt container says it is 25% of the daily allowance. 100g of sugar is 25 teaspoons! They are trying to kill us and are slipping it into soups, bacon, hotdogs, places you don't expect it to be.
