  1. For me, in terms of information/educating, this video does really poor.

You are advocating how you wouldn’t buy REIT ETFs for reasons such as active picking from them is inefficient, costly and their dividends are too low for you.

At the same time, you’re saying that you can make better individual REIT picks, that deliver and pay better dividends and are more promising, essentially stating that you wouldn’t choose ETFs because you yourself can do a better job.

But you are not the everyday investor and also you’re not disclosing your financial info which could be that you’re a high earner in a safe position and the percentage you’re putting in those picks and for what reason (retirement, extra income stream etc). Also, there’s no disclosure for underperformance. You’ve said that some of the biggest REIT ETFs underperform or will underperform (compare to your standards or your own picks, apparently) but you are never mentioning if your own picks will ever underperform.

Also, there’s no mention of timelines.

Picks that one would invest in and wait a 5 year period to trade or a 20 year period to retire?

Maybe touch base on those things too and the video would be way more informative and helpful VS just an ad for following your own picks of individual REITs (which selection pretty much means you’re also a selection of, basically what an ETF would do).

  2. PEOPLE REITS IS THE BEST THING TO INVEST AND GROW DIVIDENDS AS UNLIKE NORMAL STOCKS THEY CHOOSE TO PAY DIVIDENDS BUT REITS THEY PAY NO TAX SO THEY HAVE TO PAY DIVIDENDS, REITS IS THE WAY TO CREATE A GOOD SOURCE OF INCOME. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH IGNORE ALL THE NOISE,DONT LET NO ONE DECEIVE YOU .

  3. If rate cuts happen in September, then putting a lot of money in REITs will be a great idea. I, like many others right now, have a lot of money in a CD that matures slightly before the feds meet it September. I’m putting all of that in REITs
