  1. I'm going on a diet and search YouTube.
You came up at the beginning of the search,
The least trustworthy media of all time and that includes beating the BBC.
I have not watched this video I'm just here as a good Samaritan warning others of this.
    Thank you and good night.

  2. I just have to look at food ads or starving kids and i cannot eat. Using a phone with the food ads on you tube on it and just say nope it will be a fast day. Im five stone 2. I cant stomach that.

  3. Losing weight is hard people! I know. I've lost 35 pounds and still have 50 to go. Here is what has helped me as appetite suppressants. Boiled eggs, apples, and pears. Green tea without sugar, Brown rice and veggies, lay off the breads and alcohol, and stay away from SUGAR. Protein is good. But don't get carried away. Nuts and Hummus are great. Again, don't get carried away. And Water. drink it often.. Sleep and exercise are also important. An hour of exercise 3 to 5 times a week should be sufficient. Again, you don't have to overdo it. When I get hungry, I take a 20 to 30 min walk and drink a couple glasses of water afterwards. GOOD LUCK!!

  4. I lost several pounds by simply having a cup of hot tea before a meal. It’s got a little caffeine, honey, and lemon juice. The high temp hitting your tummy BEGINS sending the signals to your brain that you’ve begun to “eat”. When you start eating your meal, your brain will get the “Im full!” signal sooner than if you had not had the hot/very warm tea.

  5. Try 1/2 cup of cooked oatmeal in the morning. Put some pb, fruit, granola, cinnamon w/e to make it taste good. Trust me it’ll keep you so full you can’t even think about food..
