  1. When should I take all 3 supplements?

Morning, afternoon or 1 hour before going to the gym?

You mentioned taking Whey 1 time a day. Are you saying we can take the others more than once per day?

Let me know as I’m 46 and I’ve been in the gym for 6 months and haven’t seen any real results. 🤔

  2. Creatine monohydrate always and I mean always makes my atrial fibrillation come back. I had it at bay for a years and the one week back on it and BAM an episode. To the trash the creatine went forever.

  3. How about 2 out of 3? I'm one of the lucky guys with BPH (age 64). I thought I could add creatine to my list of supplements. Not the wisest move. Too much water needed for an already frequent bathroom visitor – lol. Live and learn. Muscles seem to be responding with the other supps. and protein foods.

  4. I recently got optimum nutrition whey powder, it's really good (vanilla). There are a bunch of other amino acids in it too but I don't know what they do exactly. Either way I think it's hard to reach daily recommended intake of protein. I don't really train hard or try to build muscle but I do body weight exercises everyday or so, deep squats, stretch as well to keep hips flexible is really good in the long run. I assume if I consume too much protein the body will just flush the excess anyway, right?

Here's an idea for a future video, if you haven't done that already: Make a list of top 5 or top 10 supplements should own at home. Not necessarily to supplement everyday but just to have some at home for when they might be needed. For exemple, recommended potassium daily intake, just like protein can be hard to reach just by eating vegetables… So when you don't eat any vegetable in a day, having this supplement fill the gap seems like a good idea. Now obviously Vitamin D would be in that list, but I would like to know the less ''obvious'' ones as well.
