  1. This is gold for new agents overwhelmed by lead gen noise! Focusing on building genuine connections and providing value seems like the smartest long-term strategy. Thanks for the insightful ranking, Brandon!

  2. Great information as there are so many lead generation sources that are a waste of time and money. For the number strategy, what is the best effective way that you have found to be "top of mind" with this "100" list?

  3. Hello Brandon, this is the first time seeing your video and I believe you already understand the information is spot on. My comment will include my satisfaction with what you are saying because I've had conflicting conversations with a variety of different people for "NOT" supporting the list of things you mentioned with the first 10 categories. I never saw cold calling, door knocking, random mailing, passing out business cards (which was not on your list), after-hour networking with networking groups, and paying "no name" non-verified companies as a means to be a successful real estate agent. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm still in the process of developing productive strategies to improve my outreach to be a more well-known real estate agent.
Great job with your information and I thank you more so for keeping it simple and for not "over-filling" it with life stories and junk. Great job man… no wonder you have a great number of people checking you out. "TEAM JERRY"

  4. When you talk about “direct contact prospecting” such as FSBO, expired listing, probate and divorce owners, where are you getting these types of leads contact information. Is that another paid service or something that we can search on our own?

  5. Thank you for this video Brandon! Indeed, Immerse yourself in what you're doing. BE VISIBLE even if navigating the challenge of identifying prospective home sellers can be daunting and time-intensive.

  6. How do you partner up with a divorce lawyer for example? What do i offer so they want to refer me clients…specially if they dont know me personally?

  7. How to you go about getting your outbound specific target leads? I have bought lists before and wasn't very successful. The lists may have been outdated. Is the a specific company you use?

  8. Where do most agents meet B2B? I’ve actually emailed divorce lawyers, lol! To no success, though! Where do you meet insurance agents, and etc…? Do you just go to their places of work?
