This is my second postpartum recovery with you, and your focus on functional strength is life changing! I have 2 workouts left in this challenge and my fitness is almost back to what it was pre-pregnancy. Thank you for putting so much thought and effort into all your workout plans!
Excited to start this workout program! Promised myself I would do it if your labor inducing exercise video worked; and it did 😊
Hi, just want to know if this workout program will help with getting rid of the weight that i have put on during pregnancy and flatten my stomach down? Thanks
What do I dot next after mobth of folliwibg the plan – should I start doing other higher intensity workouts?
How do I find this??
Thank you. I am finally ready to make a change to my lifestyle. I have been completely un-motivated this entire pregnancy and after. I'm 8 weeks PP and starting your calendar. Wish me luck!
Exactly what I needed to kickstart my PP workouts again. 3 weeks PP and got the ok to start light workouts again so this is perfect and so easy to do the shorter workouts with a newborn. Thank you
I can’t wait to start this, im 3 weeks postpartum, no issues… do I need to wait till 6 weeks for this workout?
when do you suggest starting this workout plan?
Hello! I’m so glad you created this postpartum workout program! I have totally lost my fitness after having my two daughters, which are 18 months apart. With my first I had a two finger diastasis recti gap and now, 4 months postpartum with my second child I have a 3 finger gap. Is this entire postpartum workout safe for diastasis recti or should I only do the diastasis recti challenge you created? I want to strengthen my core and lose all the belly fat as well as get my booty back. I ran cross country for 7 years, including two years collegiately and was always so lean, weighing between 104 to 112 pound. Now after my two daughters I am 135 and have the mom pooch and I can’t stand how I look now! Please help me with shaping and creating my mom body into something I can love! Thank you!
Great! This is exactly what I'm looking for! How soon after giving birth can I start?
I couldn't get the complete plan. I downloaded the calendar from your website but the bold text isn't being clicked to get the related video and guide as it's written there.
Just stumbled onto this and it is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I’m 5months pp and feeling a little lost/overwhelmed on where to begin. Picking random free workouts is too chaotic and leaves me feeling like I’m neglecting muscle groups (or that I have to make modifications way more than I’d like to) and feels inconsistent. This is structured, has a clear game plan for workouts and it’s geared toward healing a postpartum body! Thank you so much I cannot wait to start
I just wanna say that you are an angel. 16months postpartum mama here. I started late and I had no clue which workout to follow. I really appreciate the effort you put in to design such workout that focuses on every part of the body. Already finished the first 16 videos of “postpartum” challenge and I feel so so strong. Thanks a ton. Totally looking forward to complete this challenge and will move on to the next ones from your channel only. A big shoutout to you. Keep up the good work👏👏👏👏
Hi all, i am 3 weeks postpartum (after a csection, that wasn’t planned 😢) i cant wait to start exercising again. I have of course started the diastasis R. Program. Shall i start this program after 6 weeks if my doctor says is ok?
Hi Lindsey, thank you for this workout plan! I am 7 weeks PP and just started this. What workout would you recommend to start after I finish this? Just so that I have a 2 month plan. I have a one finger breadth DR and some urinary incontinence postpartum (I'm presuming from pelvic floor weakness after childbirth) so I'm hoping these exercises will help strengthen core and pelvis!
Is this program safe to do along with the DR program? I mean are the exercises ok to do if you have DR?
i found you too late! 7 months since my delivery, and since then i did exercise without consider my DR. I have 2 fingers gap, and do u think this program fit with me? Or i can just follow the DR program first ??
hai lindsey… my wife start your program in 7 weeks post partum and now she finish postpartum workout plan in her 11 weeks. can you give me another recommend workout plan for her after she finish this plan? before pregnancy she always follow your workout plan like zero 30,hit strong 35 and split strong. but she stop doing workout during her pregnancy because she afraid the baby born early… 3 pregnancy and premature. now in 4 pregnancy the baby born right on time… she feel strong and thanks for you she can loose her weight after doing your 4 weeks postpartum workout plan
1 week postpartum here, what do you recommend in the meantime? Can’t wait to get back in the gym!
13 weeks postpartum and just finished & loved this full workout plan. Which workout plan do you recommend I do next!?
Thank you so much for this! I’ve been following your workout videos since having my third (8momths) and I absolutely love your content! You are such a role model when it comes to fitness! You look amazing and your workout videos are a reminder that we are also capable of looking and feeling amazing while tackling motherhood 💪🏽😊
I appreciate this so much and very generous of you to provide such valuable information at no cost! I had an emergency c-section 3 yrs ago, and did recover, but paid for a workout plan then. Now somehow after going from looking like my profile pic I somehow went backwards 😭 I now have low back pain a little pooch again and feel like the more I workout and try to get rid of it, the worse it gets. I actually just had a consult at Sono Bello for a tummy tuck, but after reading the recovery stories the downtime/recovery period is just not realistic for my family as I work full time and have a 3.5 yr old and 7 yr old. Anyway, although it is hard for me to not do intense workouts, I am so humbled and hopeful that this workout plan will help me get back to the body I worked so hard for before! I love your positive energy and that you're a real mama who gets it. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
You're workouts were fantastic during pregnancy and have kept me sane postpartum! I am now 12 weeks postpartum……I did your old postpartum calendar and now am on week 3 of your new postpartum plan! Do you have a suggestion of what other workout plan to start next? Thanks!!
Your workouts have been amazing. I am on day 13 today. I do 2 rest days a week instead of 1 but I love knowing what workout I have to do next. It’s challenging bc I have 2 little ones and I constantly have to pause the videos to tend to them. One is 2 years and 1 month and my newborn is 9 weeks. But still pushing through. I love your videos! Thank you for all of your hard work.
Can’t wait to start this! I’m just about 6 weeks postpartum from a c-section so hopefully will be able to start soon.
This looks great! I take it we do one video each day? My 4th kiddo is 2 months, and I've never worked my core so the diastasis recti is pretty pronounced
Thanks soooo much for this!!!! I have a two finger gap from my pregnancy, and I am currently 15 weeks and have been so worried that I’m going to hurt my stomach doing my regular exercises too soon! I started at day one and will complete all 4 weeks 💪🏽💪🏽
Sign me up!!! Let’s do this
I literally was just thinking how to incorporate all of this into a month schedule
As i am trying to strengthen my pelvic floor and finish closing my diastasis recti and figure out which strength exercises are appropriate to do to not open my gap back
This made my day i cant wait to start
Thank you
