I take the 2000mg tablets, one each day after breakfast.
Cracks me up if I work-out mid day on the weekends cuz you can really smell it coming out of the pores if I sweat a lot.
So if 1gel cap is 1000mg and you take 4 a day, that's 4000mg a day. Is that too high a dose?. Just started taking the gel caps to have better heart health and not sure if thar dose is too high for regular use without stopping.
