  1. Don’t touch axe and sledge homemade meal replacement. They wouldn’t accept a return. I threw it away. Read the recent research on sucralose. The latest research means I won’t touch it. And the vitamin A is too high. Just research ingredients before you buy.

  2. Currently whenever I eat a solid food it gets caught on some phlegm or nasal drip in my food pipe. We are going to the doctors soon but for now I’m only eating soup and yogurt. I recently found some of these food replacement shakes and god do they help great.
