I find people who abuse personal names in their communication to be extremely cringe and fake. I know you're an expert communicator and you are doing a great job but as an individual, personally, it cringes the fk out of me when people do that kind of thing and if I was an interviewer and you'd call me by my personal name so many times like Susan this and Susan that, I'd reject you just for the pure reason that I don't want to be subjected to that ever again. I don't know, maybe it's just me feeling like this.
