  1. Let me get ahead of some comments… I've got no idea how much all this work is worth but this is my guess (I'm also imagining plants and gutters installed). We'll find out soon but let me know what you think the value increase is. Thanks for watching as always!

  2. Yes, this is a year old, but it popped up so I watched it. Love everything you did, but feel like the white planters are too “white”, but that is my personal preference. I don’t like white houses, white walls, white, white, white. LOL You did an awesome job!!!!

  3. You painted over the garage door handles and lock and lever. It shows a lack of attention to detail. Also, where I reside, unless they have an appraisal license, realtors do not appraise real property, they provide a Comparative Market Analysis.

  4. There are so many inexpensive window treatments that are not "obviously-only-there-because-there's-a-window" shutters. Imagine if you will shutting those shutters…they would cover less than 1/4 of the window. You could paint the window trim a contrasting color, add trim, an exterior lattice laid over the glass, even add wood slat "blinds" . Anything that doesn't shout "I'm fake".

  5. Always use a licensed Appraiser to provide the actual value of the property. It will be based on facts, not on a Real Estate agents "opinion."

  6. Sorry, you are not going to raise the value $7,500 just by basically filling in concrete and painting. You messed up with the wood on the posts. You never have wood touching a flat surface that gets wet.
Maybe focus a little bit on the roof, soffit, and fascia.

  7. It looks great! But, I don't care for the white. Maybe a soft gray? It still needs something. Also, buy plants from a nursery and not Lowes/HD. Some gardenia would look beautiful and will grow into a hedge.

  8. Nice work, but the white-white is too “cool” to mix with the warm cedar & grey brick. I would have used a cream colour instead OR done the poles & shutters in white

  9. I like the information presented. My only issue is mulch and edging brick on top of fabric. That’s not how u install a planting bed with edging. Either use rock with fabric or mulch without fabric. Sand base or crushed rock for edger base. I wouldn’t use mulch because you may attract termites. Rock is less maintenance cost.
