Another scheme is , PE uses Vendors to over charge PortCo. And then the vendors kicks back a "Rebate" to the PE firm.
I tried to do this on an individual level by investing in a few startup businesses on the startup investing platforms. I invested in about 5 of them and all of em went belly up or didn’t make any money but I had this approach to investing. Need to get into something that’s gonna grow my money or at least get it back

For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. I remember when i just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 i ended up selling it because i have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. Got back into crypto early in 2023 with $120k and I'm up with $532k in a short period of time. Thanks to Milton Harper.

Private equity own American courts. They operate like ticket scalpers making sure all the seats are bought. In this case they make sure all the courts schedule is booked up.
Private equity insane explosion of bankruptcies will be the next 08 level crash. They get loans from banks, banks put the “good business debt” into bundled piece of shit packages bought up by pensions, pension managers can claim they are properly funded for 10 years with bs projections based on these garbage assets they know aren’t really properly funding their pension. I don’t think private equity is inherently evil or bad, but they need to be held accountable for the bankruptcies they cause. Taxpayer will be left holding the bag to bail out big companies just like in 08
