  1. Ashwaganda just helped me … i am smoker because of anxiety i usually stressed out and low confidence & stressed out …

But now i am feeling better more social …. Very focused…😮

Even though i am indian … never used ashwaganda before…

I can surely suggest ashwaganda for anxiety

  2. I had difficulty going into a store for shopping. Once I got passed the checkout I could relax.
I started taking 2 min cold showers a day and now I at ease while in the store shopping..

  3. I had anxiety issue and could not even sleep for 2 hours at astreatch. i always used to wake up in the morning and always felt tired due to lack of good sleep. After using ashwagandha, (even for a day) i had sound sleep for 6-7 hours at astretch at night. I stopped it for 2-3 weeks to see if it was just a placebo like the Doc. suggested, but i can say with 100% confidence Ashwagandha helped. However, its more of a life style stress reliever, some one with PTST, the effects are minimal as the issues is deeper with those patients. Also for people who didnot see any affects, remember like any nutrient or medicone, take the suppliment as per your body mass and donot eat food that streses your digestive system, like high meat content,.

  4. Interesting.

I used it for six months or so and felt nothing from it. But, maybe it was lowering stress that would have been detectable with a blood test. Still, didn't feel a thing from it and I was primed to (meaning there should have been a placebo effect from it) as all the reading I did about it before hand and all the user claims about it.

  5. I tried the experiment after viewing your video but unfortunately it didn't do anything for my anxiety. Interestingly I did try one of those "Cranial Electrical Stimulation" devices which sends mild electrical current thru your head via two attachment probes and I honestly thought it was helping but unfortunately it also seems to aggravate the tinnitus issue in my right ear. It would be interesting if you ever did research on those devices. Thank you for this and your other videos.

  6. "I work as a General Internal Medicine Physician (Primary Care Physician for Adults) in a community clinic."

So you're not a scientist and you've been caught lying about COVID multiple times.

  7. I've been using ashwagandha for years. I once read online at doctor said that it reverse the effects of stress 100% And then I couldn't find the article anymore I'm sure Google removed it because I would rather have drug companies giving them money. It is the number one thing to get rid of hot flashes also. I just ran out of it. I got to get some more because I've been having night sweats again. It is amazing! What are the best adaptogens I know of! Taking it before bed is good. And if you can get something with high withanalides then that is going to work better and you don't need to take it twice a day. 15% is the best.

  8. I tried this for three months. I was hoping for a testosterone boost, but was monitoring how it effected my mood as well. I noticed many people saying they found it calming, but took away their ability to feel emotion to some extent. Other than a flush feeling like I'd eaten something spicy, I noticed no effect and stopped using it.

  9. Better pills 💊 or better yet death clot shots this fall don't forget ur clot shot AKA boater. Big dark death winter is coming to those whose took the triple clot shot 😢

  10. So glad to hear the opinion of an intelligent real doctor with no conflict of interest on the subject as she is not selling vitamins and supplements as a side hustle.
We will have to be careful to not put any weight on your personal experience in 60 days from now.
Always high quality information from you doctor. Thank you!! 🙏 ♥️

  11. I like this one. Good disclaimers but given the apparent safety, and that your are healthy, it is good to see you are open to different approaches, even supplements.
