I disagree with the leafy greens depending on which anti inflammatory symptoms you’re grappling with. In my case, I grapple with Crohn’s disease and when I experienced flares, leafy greens were a trigger food. And I love salads and leafy vegetables so. I’d recommend proceeding with caution, talk with your doctor and/or pay attention to your body. Everyone is different.
