  1. I would like to let you know that Alpino peanut butter is my post-workout secret weapon! It's loaded with protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep me satisfied for hours. Plus, it's pure peanut goodness without any guilt. The best way to fuel up and crush those fitness goals! @AlpinoHealthFoods

  2. I’ve been trying to transform myself to be more skinny/lean and I tried fasting and eating better foods hoping to boost my metabolism, but it wasn’t working. I was still gaining the extra weight like before, I then started spreading out my meals/snacks each day. Instead of going 16+ hrs without eating. This was the plan I used :

    – breakfast
    -mid-morning snack
    – lunch
    – afternoon snack
    – dinner

Now of course spreading out your meals doesn’t mean that you need to over-eat, or instead of a healthy snack you choose a unhealthy snack such as fries. That’s okay if it’s not everyday, just don’t over-eat, don’t push yourself, stay calm, be happy.
Those are my tips! Thank you for reading!
