  1. Great video!! Is a 4.5 (on house sale) percent commission too high when a realtor is selling your house and helping you make a purchase too? My agent does not have to stage anything/does not have a stager or professional photographer. I was also told my house is an easy sell. She does have a lot of experience. She is also only taking pictures on one floor out of my three units. I don't want to be unfair but I think just over 21k is a lot for a house that's an easy sell. What do you?

  2. So much for a buyer being able to rely on you for guidance. Consultants give direction, advice, and guidance. Seems like your strategy/focus is to just move the sale along instead of trying to capture the most return and provide guidance for your sellers. That said, id love to have you on the otherside of the negotiation table.

  3. So manipulative. Any buyer/seller that has experience dealing with a narcissist will see right through these tactics, and you’ll jeopardize your business relationship.

  4. This is an old video but super relevant. I recently realized that I backed myself into a corner regarding an offer that my client wanted to make on the property. I wanted her to be a little bit more competitive in her terms so that she had leverage, but the way I delivered it I phrased it in terms of my opinion and I had to backtrack because it looked like I was just trying to push her. Silly move by me but I didn't realize how she would interpret my intentions. That was my bad.

  5. Hey Mr. Bartic, im in the beginning phases of a commercial lease buyout. The building that I office in has sold. New ownership is converting the building into residential. I have the longest lease in the building, ending in 2026. The initial offer was extremely low. What tips or advice can you lend me as far as how to proceed in the negotiations?
