Also, I regularly consume i.e. Ashwaganda, maca and turmeric in powder form in smoothies or other meals. Is that similar to supplement capsules? And how to know the amount of a tive ingredient in those products. I prefer those because I know I am getting pure ingredient and organic. But are supplements more extracted for of those ingredients? I just watched the medical medium and he said fish oil is the worst possible thing that you could possibly take. There are too many heavy metals in it. And they are too concentrated. He did say krill would be the best one to take if you had to take it, but you would rather just eat the fish.
