For one who has a deficiency going upto 20-30,000 IU per day would be good, there are researchers which suggest women in their early ages who were supplemented with vitamin d3 had significant decrease in the rate of developing pcos , pcod like reproductive problems . For the women's who weren't supplement had a significant increase . I mean that how our generation is deficient in vit d , we do need a supplemental source. So vitamin d3 and K2 combination in the mornings or afternoon and magnesium and zinc at night before bed .
