if you want to start an airbnb in 2025 find a time machine go back 10 year and enjoy the ride. Otherwise unless you have something very unique AND are willing to put personal work (cleaning) and/or the property is next door to your house. I would advise extreme cause. Sorry to spoil the fun here. Just being realistic the market might change again
