  1. I have severe D3 deficiency for years. I had a gastric bypass and too much intestine was removed so I do not absorb many vitamins, drugs and food. I get D2 RX 50,000 units 2x per week plus OTC 10,000 soft cap D3 daily still my levels are dangerously low. I sit in sun daily and garden it did not increase my D3levels but. Did get skin cancer.
    🤔❓❓I'd appreciate any ideas please??? I am a vegan with Dr requested added 10% dairy & eggs & sardines.

  3. For the best absorption of Vitamin D3:
    First you take Omega-3 Fatty acids, then you take Magnesium Glycinate (Magnesium unlocks Vitamin D3) then you take Vitamin D3 with K2 & Zinc. I like to take in 10,000 IU, Vitamin D3 absorbs 60-80% in a healthy body, so I take about 40k-50k IU, to get the therapeutic effect.

  4. I’ve try several brands and dosages of vitamin D3 and they all give me headaches. I’ll stick to sitting in the sun for a few minutes over taking the supplement.

  5. Even taking D3 my blood levels weren't rising but after getting a D3 with K2 supplement that finally worked… As well take your vitamins with healthy fats since so many of them are fat soluble not water soluble.
